Visa Bulletin February 2011
February 2011 visa bulletin has been published by the US State Department. And as always , it brings smiles to some faces so other are sad again on seeing the priority dates mainly the Indians as there are no improvement in the priority dates for Indians. Citizens for china can feel some relaxation as there are some relaxation in terms of priority dates for them. For EB1 and EB3 categories the dates has been shifted to 1st July and 1st January

Online Resume
Hello friends , as we know today we all have become the internet webby and for students the most important things is to sit and build the two page resume. As we are taught in colleges that resume must not be too long. But if you have expertise in many things and have so much to write then a two page resume is not enough.
I remember when I wrote my first resume two years ago , I did the same that everyone has done. I created a resume, a well-written document, professionally formatted which highlights my skills and experience, to impress the employers.
When I looked for a job after completing my engineering , I come to know that Recruitung firms , Employers etc were scanning these documents , so now I have to think something else to get highlighted in that huge lump of resumes, to come in the eyes of the HR. So this time I have created my resume in two differnt way one for people , the previous two pages and the other for recruiters, a bit longer in Microsoft word format. By this I can send my resume to the recruiters which I know or I have searched from the internet, through Email.
But now when I am in professional world where mostly everything is on internet, I think of something more innovative i.e. getting my resume online , where I may write all the information like my expertises, my skills , my past experiences ,etc. That's where I come to know about eZdia public profile and how it can help us to get an extended online resume.
